Child Safe
Roseville College is committed to providing a child safe and child friendly environment, where children and young people are safe and feel safe and are able to participate in decisions that affect their lives.
The College regards its child safeguarding responsibilities with the utmost importance and is committed to maintaining a child safe culture and to providing the resources required to ensure compliance with all relevant child protection laws and regulations.

- Children’s Guardian Act 2019 (NSW); and
- Children and Young Persons (Care and Protection) Act 1998 (NSW).
The College Child Safe Policy has been developed taking into account the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations development by the National Office for Child Safety and the NSW Child Safe Standards as articulated by the Office of the Children’s Guardian.
Codes of conduct
The College has developed Codes of Conduct which detail expectations of behaviour for our students and those within our community.
Whistleblower policy
Roseville College and the Anglican Schools Corporation do not tolerate corrupt, illegal or other undesirable conduct and do not condone the victimisation of anyone who intends to disclose or has disclosed misconduct. The Anglican Schools Corporation’s Whistleblower Policy, available from their website, aims to protect the interests of a person making an eligible disclosure about misconduct within the Corporation, including its member schools.
Privacy
Roseville College, as a member of the Anglican Schools Corporation, handles personal information in accordance with their Privacy Policy which is published on their website.

Anti-Bullying
Bullying, in any form, is not tolerated at Roseville College. We are committed to providing a safe, supportive and caring environment that ensures each student’s right to spend every day, in and out of the classroom, free from mental, physical and cyber bullying and intimidation. Each member of the College community is to be valued and treated with respect. All reports of bullying will be investigated and managed sensitively, following the College’s Anti-Bullying Procedures.

The Anglican Schools Corporation
Roseville College is a member of the Anglican Schools Corporation group of schools. The Anglican Schools Corporation was originally established as an unincorporated body by the Synod of the Anglican Church Diocese of Sydney in 1947. The Corporation was incorporated as a body corporate pursuant to the Anglican Church of Australia (Bodies Corporate) Act 1938 on 2 April 1965. The Corporation was established to develop and operate Anglican schools that aim to provide affordable, quality Christian education to local communities. It is governed by the Anglican School Corporation Board. The Roseville College Council operates as a Board-appointed subcommittee in overseeing the operation of the College.
