24 November 2024 | Taylor distributed a Notice of Out-of-Hours Construction Work (dated 14 November 2024) to neighbours alerting them to approved out-of-hours work scheduled for Sunday 24 November 2024, 8.00am – 5.00pm, for CDC-217958 works (the Gateway project adjacent to SSD-9912).
14-15 September 2024 | Emergency works were carried out outside normal construction hours to rectify a fault in the sprinkler pipes, affecting existing and in-development campus assets. NSW Fire was informed while the system was impaired. Emergency works have been completed.
23 January 2024 | The tower crane will be removed today via Bancroft Avenue from 8.30am. The work is estimated to take five hours. Traffic control measures are in place for safe thoroughfare along Bancroft Avenue at the junction with Glencroft Avenue as sections of the crane are removed from site. Please be prepared for minor delays to accommodate the movement of large vehicles.
19 December 2023 | Gentle reminder of site closure from 22 December 2023 to 8 January 2024. All complaints or enquiries to Site Manager (Ben) on 0423 325 254. Emails to [email protected] or logged online at the website will be responded to as soon as possible after 8 January 2024. We wish you a safe and peaceful Christmas and New Year holiday.
30 October 2023 | A notice for immediate neighbours and the College community that Bancroft Avenue ‘Kiss & Ride’ is closed tomorrow, Tuesday 31/10/23. Between 7am and 5pm there will be disruptions to traffic flow in Bancroft and Glencroft Avenues while Ausgrid road works are underway and a dilapidated Ausgrid electricity pole near Main Entrance is being upgraded. Traffic controllers will attend to direct traffic and ensure safe pedestrian thoroughfare. Staff will be present to ensure students can safely enter and exit the campus during the works.
06 February 2023 | Update to inform about rescheduled installation of a tower crane on Wednesday 15 February 2023 (see also: 20 December 2022 notice, below)
