Leadership, at Roseville College, is not about who leads; rather it is focussed on what a person can do as a leader: that is, empowering leaders to influence and inspire others in excellence, stewardship and service.

For this reason, the opportunity to step up, forge and refine skills and take leadership responsibility holds great prospects for each student, parent volunteer or staff member at the school. Within the ordered structure of the College, executive leadership is held by the Principal, who steers Strategic Vision and collaborates with her College Educational Executive including the Deputy Principal, Head of Junior School and College Business Manager. The Principal is informed and overseen by an active and highly competent College Council, a sub-committee of The Anglican Schools Corporation which includes its representatives. Roseville College is a member of The Anglican Schools Corporation.

In Junior School, girls are introduced to leadership opportunities that culminate in the Junior School Leadership Program. The Junior School Leadership Program enables every girl in Year 6 to grow her leadership skills as she participates in the Kindergarten Buddy Program, Student Representative Council, Media and Technology Crews, Library Monitoring, Cru Leadership, House Leadership or the Junior School Student Leadership Team.

These opportunities prepare girls for a broad range of leadership opportunities from Years 7–12; student leadership encompasses every area of school life, most notably in co-curricular activities. Students also participate in formal leadership through the Student Representative Council (Years 7–12), our Buddy Program for Year 7 (Years 10–11), Student Leadership (Years 11–12), Sports and House Captains (Years 11–12), Chapel and Assembly Leadership, community assistance and individual initiatives.
